Exclusive holiday-flats in Kühlungsborn at the Baltic Sea

Exclusive, 5-star rated and newly renovated holiday-flats located centrally but quietly near the historic Lindenpark in Kühlungsborn-East.

Opened in July 2015, we offer 10 exclusive flats for holidays of the highest standard, style and equipment:

• 6 flats with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom,
• 4 flats with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Additionally, our Villa Minerva provides a nice garden with sunbeds (traditional „Strandkörbe“) and a Sauna for recreation, as well as washing facilities and 1 parking-lot for each flat. All inclusive, as are our fresh towels, linen and toiletary provided.

We also offer further services:

• reduced Green-fees for the golf-course in Wittenbeck
• help with rental bikes from our partner „OstseeBike“ inclusive of bikes delivery to your flat
• selection of exclusive, tasty, ripe and sometimes rare wines from our private cellar delivered on order into your flat
