5*****Stars: high-standard, exclusive holiday-flats within the 2015 newly renovated and fully modernised „Villa Minerva“. Officially rated 5-star since 2016 for highest quality and comfort. We offer you the highest standard for holidays at the German Baltic Sea.

„Villa Minerva“ dates back to 1910 and was fully refurbished, extended and renovated from Sep. 2014 to July 2015. All the furniture was exclusively designed and crafted by local carpenters, as well as all windows and doors were reconstructed to historic layout in modern technology. Your apartment is furnished with high quality and decorated tastefully to provide highest standard and atmosphere. Natural materials used and calm, warm colours provide the best ambience for your holidays. A parking lot for your car is located directly on the ground. Your bike can also be stored under a roof in our garden. We provide washing- and drying facilities for free in the house. Additionally, a sauna with deck-chairs for rest and access to the garden are inclusive of use as is the garden for your recreation with its old apple- and pear-trees and sunbeds (original local „Strandkörbe“).

All prices are for the apartment per night and for 2 persons inclusive of towels and linen, exclusive of compulsory cleaning-service at the cost of € 70,-. Any additional person staying in the flat costs € 12,-/night, dogs € 7,-/night. Additional towels can be ordered at the cost of € 11,-/person.

Stays shorter than 5 nights cost an additional one-time fee of €25,--.

Seasonal minimum nights of booking may be requested. Please be advised that the rating of 5-stars is not provided in case of bookings for more than 2 person in this flat.

To provide the best service and atmosphere for your holidays, we offer additional services from our partners: Reduced Green-fees for Golf-courses at „Ostsee Golf-Resort Wittenbeck“ (only in the high season); rental service inclusive of delivery to your flat of bikes from „Ostsee-Bike“; assistance for bookings of children´s activities e.g. at Ferienfußballschule Kühlungsborn (soccer-camps) or golf youth-camps at „Ostsee Golf-Resort Wittenbeck“. Additionally, my wife offers you selected, exclusive and ripe wines for your pleasure at your flat – she will advise which wine suits best to your meal and deliver it to you on order.
